The room was great-sized and well-organised with the most comfortable bed, big shower and safety measures included smoke detectors. The service was first-class, including an early check-in. Furthermore, they had public parking.

Stylish, very conveniently located, standard rooms, but surprised - separate bathroom.
I liked everything.

Second trip to Vienna and a hit on the hotel. Firstly the location, it is close to everything because it is in the middle of most things you will want to see in Vienna. If you pull to one side you get to the cathedral in 10 minutes, if you pull to the other you get to the City Hall or the Parliament in 10 minutes as well. Right behind that is Am Hof Square. breakfast is totally recommendable, maybe the place is a little fair if there are a lot of people in the hotel (it was not our case), good breakfast, quality, good attention, good products... everything is great. Regarding the room, we had a "comfort" room and truth is that it was very good, especially because we were on the seventh floor and that saves you noise (as we had seen in some comments). For our part, everything was perfect, good mattresses, room with good temperature, clean, bathtub... not a complaint. In short. hotel to which we will surely return in our next visit to Vienna, because that city deserves several more visits...
The truth is that we have nothing bad to say, if they lowered the price a little, they would embroider it, he.

The comfort king room with great complimentary toiletries, the bathroom and comfortable bed. Easy to access parking and delicious and rich breakfast for all tastes. Attentive and caring stuff, handy location close enough to the center of old town, and the city centre. Also, in a safe area...

very good breakfast, complete, well attended, correct staff. completely new bathroom, unbeatable, spacious and very clean. wooden floor, very cosy . hotel very well located in the city centre, near the metro, near the cathedral, near the Ringstrasse, there are places nearby to have coffee or lunch or dinner . Nothing noisy, well conditioned . Comfortable" room, large but not too big, suitable for three nights.
1.-Bedding, small individual duvets, not easy to be well covered, do not give the length of the bed. only leave the duvet on top, no quilts, etc. I don't like that typical Central European way of making beds. 2.- not very new bathroom linen. if it is a 4 star hotel it has to be of better quality, as well as the bathrobes. 3.-price ratio: expensive, although it is only a little bit above the average of what is offered in Vienna, in this quality range, as I have seen in other hotels.

Quiet Street with convenient location to tourist attractions, U-bahn and shopping area (Graben)....Friendly staff, good breakfast....would stay there again!
Would have been positively perfect if it had a pool....especially traveling with a child.

Perfect spot for families who appreciate comfort
The staff were really good. For instance, they noticed my daughter's birthday and left chocolates with a sweet note in our room, a thoughtful touch that really made her day.
It was a bit pricey, but honestly, worth every penny.
